BCL Q2 Mentorship Programme — Mentorship Program for Admin Professionals, coming up in June

Last quarter, Beth Consulting Limited ran its first mentorship cycle focused on administrative and operational growth. This quarter, the programme returns with a more structured approach under Beth Consulting Limited.

The Q2 Mentorship Programme will officially commence in June and will be built around the Engine Room Operations Framework. The focus is practical operational improvement — not motivational conversations.

The sessions are designed to help administrative and operations professionals improve how work is structured, communicated, tracked, reviewed and executed under pressure.

Over six weeks

Selected participants will engage in one live session each week covering:

Week 1 · Alignment and Readiness

Week 2 · Communication and Expectations

Week 3 · Systems and Workflow

Week 4 · Decision Support

Week 5 · Performance and Review

Week 6 · Stakeholder Management

The goal is to help participants build stronger operational thinking and apply practical structure to their daily work immediately. The cohort will remain intentionally small to allow practical engagement, guided exercises and application support.

Application details will be shared shortly on the website.
